To ensure convenience and safety\, pantry team members will package items into individual serving sizes for easy pickup. Buzzy’s Food Pantry is located on the first floor of the Brandt Student Center\, near the fitness center. Students are encouraged to stop by and pick up what they need. Additionally\, the pantry is seeking student feedback; please complete this Google Form to suggest specific produce items you would like to see available. Participants of this TalkWALK community event will trek through the main campus\, see several murals and explore the connections students and faculty have with Winchester’s downtown\, parks and other destinations. Those interested should meet at the Winchester-Frederick County Convention and Visitors Bureau (next to Davis Hall). \n\n\n\nFeatured guests include: \n\n\n\n\nTracy Fitzsimmons\, Ph.D.\, president of Shenandoah University\n\n\n\nJustin Kerns\, executive director Winchester-Frederick County Convention and Visitors Bureau\n\n\n\nKim Herbstritt\, Winchester city council member (Ward 3)\n\n\n\nMasha Balakersky\, honors council president at Shenandoah University\n\n\n\nChristine O’Neill\, assistant director for outdoor adventure and recreation\n\n\n\nCaroline Felix\, owner of Shine Yoga\n\n\n\nHopscotch management (local coffee shop)\n\n\n\n\nTalkWALK Community Walks\, hosted by BikeWalk Winchester\, are held in a different Winchester neighborhood the third Monday of each month and feature a variety of invited guests\, including longtime residents\, city employees\, elected officials\, community leaders\, small-business owners\, local historians\, naturalists\, experts\, and enthusiasts. Walks are approximately three miles and typically start/end at a park or school\, with a midpoint return option for those who prefer a shorter route. Questions?
