SUMMARY:YSLS '27 Artwork Contest Deadline
DESCRIPTION:Home » Events\n\n\n\nBlossom Bash\n\n\n\n\nThe YSLS (Young Scholars Literary Symposium) committee is hosting an art contest for its upcoming English department event on Feb. 20\, 2027.  \n\n\n\nBeyond EPIC! is the theme of the next YSLS.  The symposium organizers are seeking a logo design/artwork that relates to this theme. (Think “The Odyssey\,” “Star Wars\,” etc.). YSLS is accepting any and all artistic efforts that can connect creatively and thoughtfully with this idea/ theme.  \n\n\n\nPlease send both full color and black and white versions\, on transparent backgrounds (so they can be presented legibly on a variety of print and digital backgrounds and colors). \n\n\n\nThe deadline for submissions is June 1. The winner will receive free registration to the symposium and will be offered a prize. \n\n\n\nSubmissions should be emailed to either Rachael Hammond rhammond2@su.edu or Sarah Canfield at scanfiel@su.edu.
