DESCRIPTION:Home » Recreational & Intramural Sports\n\n\n\nCornhole Tournament\n\n\n\n\nCardio Choreo Fitness Class w/ SK is held Thursdays from 6-7 p.m. in Shingleton Gym\, from Jan. 22- April 23. Cardio Choreo is a dance-based cardio fitness class featuring upbeat music and rotating routines designed to provide a fun\, high-energy workout. Participants may follow the choreography or move freely with the music at their own pace. The class is free\, and registration is required through IMLeagues.
