Facilitated by Dr. Eric Jorgensen\, PCC “Rabbit\,” of Wingman Executive Coaching\, LLC\, this practical lab moves beyond standard motivational workshops to help leaders build a high-performance leadership operating system. Designed for those ready to drive measurable results\, the LPL focuses on setting resonant expectations\, building trust under pressure\, clear decision-making\, and outcome-driven accountability. Participants are encouraged to bring a real-world leadership challenge and will leave with a concrete solution. As this is the program’s inaugural cohort\, seating is strictly limited.
