This fitness class focuses on strengthening the abdominal and core muscles while also incorporating major muscle groups\, including the quadriceps\, hamstrings\, calves\, glutes\, biceps and triceps\, for a full-body workout. Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat; a limited number of mats will be available. The class is free\, and registration is required through IMLeagues.
