The ceremony begins at 2 p.m. on Friday\, Sept. 11\, in Sarah’s Glen and includes readings of emergency management transcripts and moments of silence commemorating the times the World Trade Center towers were struck\, the Pentagon was attacked\, and Flight 93 crashed.
