Student Employee & Work-Study Supervisors
In an effort to increase the security around Shenandoah University information, IC has developed a Colleague/security training program for all student employees and Work-Study students who require colleague access. Each student employee/Work-Study will need to complete the Colleague/security training prior to their access being granted. WebAdvisor and Student Planning access are not affected by this.
Student Colleague access will be removed at the end of every semester and will need to be requested again at the beginning of the next semester. Students will only need to complete the training once in order to be reactivated in following semesters.
Initial access and reactivation is done through the same Colleague Account Request Form found on the departmental forms website.
