Symphonic Delights
Visiting guest conductor Nadège Foofat leads a program of French symphonic masterpieces, including Louise Farrenc’s Symphony No. 2, Debussy’s Iberia and Ravel’s Piano Concerto in G Major featuring faculty member Ieva Jokubaviciute. An expert on the orchestral works of the early romantic composer Louise Farrenc, Foofat invites you to discover one of the great masterpieces Farrenc wrote and received critical acclaim for in Paris in 1845.
