Highlighting the release of their new Delos recording\, Arthur Foote: The Complete Cello Works\, the recital features Foote’s Three Pieces\, op. 1\, alongside Michael Ippolito’s Sonata for Cello and Piano\, written especially for Schwarz and Bournaki. The program also includes Alex Weiser’s evocative Silent for the Rain\, Jonathan Newman’s spirited Savoy Blue and Julian Schwarz’s arrangement of Erich Wolfgang Korngold’s beloved Much Ado About Nothing Suite\, op. 11.
