Created in partnership with Carnegie Hall’s Weill Music Institute\, Shenandoah Conservatory’s Well-Being Concerts reimagine the traditional concert experience as a space for reflection\, mindfulness and human connection. \n\n\n\nThese intimate\, hour-long events blend live music with guided mindfulness practices\, creating a welcoming environment designed to invite audiences to slow down\, listen deeply and engage with music in a meaningful way. Rooted in growing research on the relationship between music and well-being\, the series creates space for participants to experience music not simply as entertainment\, but as a source of renewal\, resilience and shared understanding. \n\n\n\nJoin us after each Well-Being Concert for light refreshments in the lobby. \n\n\n\nReservations are recommended. A suggested contribution of $10 helps support the series\, but you are welcome to reserve your seat at whatever amount is right for you.
