Acclaimed landscape artist Andrei Kushnir has generously allowed Shenandoah University to display 18 of his paintings of the university’s namesake Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. Kushnir, a Midwest native, explains what drew him to transforming vistas of the Valley into his art and shares his thoughts on the poetry of artistic creation.
