The Shenandoah Center for Immersive Learning (SCiL) has developed the Constitution Project, known as The Great Experiment, for the last few years. The project immerses the viewer in the 1787 Constitutional Debates in Philadelphia’s Independence Hall, which is rendered with incredible detail. The 40 delegates have been brought to life through the talents of voice actors and performance capture technology.
