Shenandoah Apple Blossom Festival events are coming to Shenandoah. The university and festival announced on Feb. 2, that events previously held at the Tolley Dental Tent on the Winchester Medical Center campus are moving to the Tolley Dental Zone, located inside and immediately outside the James R. Wilkins, Jr. Athletics & Events Center. As part of the announcement event, held in the Wilkins Athletics & Events Center, Shenandoah Apple Blossom Festival President Mike Stanfield presented Shenandoah President Tracy Fitzsimmons, Ph.D., with the first 2018 festival souvenir pin, while Dr. Fitzsimmons presented Stanfield with a Shenandoah baseball cap, all in celebration of the relationship between the university and the festival.
