Shenandoah University’s Conservatory celebrated the performing arts, as well as performing arts research and scholarship, at its 10th annual Conservatory Convocation on Sept. 2. Jocelyn Neal, Ph.D., noted music scholar and professor at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, served as the honored guest speaker at the event, which welcomed students and faculty to a new school year at Shenandoah Conservatory.
