Shenandoah University and Stay Plugged IN partnered to host the March 13-14 Spinandoah Showcase, where high school and college transfer esports players showed off their skills for college esports coaches at a Local Area Network event. The event, which included a host of COVID-19 mitigation measures such as required masking and social distancing, featured game play at the university’s esports arena and colleges and universities also were stationed at information booths in Halpin-Harrison Hall, which was also the site of live seminars for students and parents.
