If the only change to a course is replacing “General Education” with “ShenEd”, the ShenEd director will notify the registrar and the change will be made.
Courses with other changes will be changed by submitting the proper form according to published UCC instructions:
- Minor changes will be made on a Course Editorial Change Form.
- Changes that alter course content less than 20% will be made on a Revised Course Proposal Form.
- New Courses and courses that alter content more than 20% will be made on a New Course Proposal Form.
