Bernadine Dykes, Ph.D., CPA, is an associate dean of graduate and certificate programs in the Shenandoah University School of Business. In addition to her academic expertise in strategic management and international business, Dr. Dykes is a senior leader and board member with over 20 years of work experience in the corporate (banking and public accounting) and non-profit sectors (higher education). She has led high-performing teams, developed pricing and product strategies, forged professional relationships, and managed crisis situations. Her professional network includes relationships in the Northern Virginia and Greater Washington, D.C., areas in government, business and higher education. She also serves on the finance and data analysis committees of a national nonprofit organization.
