John Winn, JD, LLM is Professor of Business Law at the Byrd School at Shenandoah University. He has authored and lectured extensively in matters relating to human-resources, employment law, healthcare, and national security. He is admitted to practice law in North Carolina, United States Federal District Courts, US Military Courts-Martial, The Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, and the United States Supreme Court.
