Heartfulness Relaxation and Meditation
Heartfulness Relaxation and Meditation is every Wednesday from 4 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. in Cooley Hall, room 106 during the spring semester. Led by Dr. Petra Schweitzer, a practitioner and trainer for 28 years, heartfulness meditation empowers the harmony of the body and mind. Each session will cover how meditation can be used in everyday life to manage stress, support academic success, sleep, and connection with others, as well as a short meditation practice.
