DESCRIPTION:Home » Events » Writing Workshop: “On Keeping a Notebook” with Dare Williams\n\n\n\nWriting Workshop: “On Keeping a Notebook” with Dare Williams\n\n\n\n\nDiscover the creative possibilities of physical journaling at the “On Keeping a Notebook” writing workshop on Friday\, April 10\, from noon-1:30 p.m. in the Health & Life Sciences Building\, Halpin Rotunda. Visiting writer Dare Williams will lead participants through exercises designed to turn the notebook into a space for experimentation\, privacy\, and respite. Attendees will explore how various writers use the journaling process to enrich their final work and engage in experiments to find new ways of interacting with the world. Materials will be provided by Gender and Women’s Studies\, and light refreshments will be served. This event is eligible for Beyond the Classroom (BTC) credit.
