Resilience is a trait that we are acutely aware of both professionally and personally. In this workshop, attendees can expect to review the types of resilience; create a working definition of resilience as it applies to themselves and their organizations; and assess current levels of resilience. You’ll also learn strategies for building resilience including how to assess current challenges and reflect on better approaches for the future; develop a mindset of continuous learning and development; focus with teams on working with and for a purpose; develop relationships, and take steps forward to rest, refresh and revitalize. Join leadership and life coach Lisa Talbott to learn how you can develop your leadership resilience, communicate with empathy, and listen effectively, setting an example for your team while encouraging self care, coaching, mentoring and celebrating.
