SULA Fellows benefits students by preparing themselves for leadership positions, creating a sense of belonging in a leadership-based community, and helping them differentiate themselves in the marketplace.
SULA Fellows will engage in meaningful activities such as:
- Regional, national, and global experiential learning opportunities
- Leadership and professional workshops, seminars, and conferences
- Distinguished leadership lecture / lab series
- Campus and community leadership programs
SULA Fellows Requirements:
- Attend at least two signature events per semester
- Networking reception, etiquette dinner, leadership summit, etc.
- Take a student leadership assessment
- Join the Leadership and Mentoring Program (LAMP)
- Attend a virtual or in-person leadership conference
- Attend an SULA experiential learning initiative
- Join an on-campus club/organization and attend meetings
- Complete service hours by partnering with the Center for Civic Engagement
- Work closely with Career & Professional Development
- Attend Inclusion, Diversity, Equity seminar/workshops
