Conservatory - Performing Arts
(Music, Theatre, and Dance)
Admission to a Music, Theatre or Dance program includes being academically admissible, as well as successfully completing and passing the mandatory audition, interview and/or portfolio review process.
Conservatory Specialized Requirements
Nursing
First-Year applicants interested in Nursing must meet special admissions criteria. Shenandoah's Nursing major is a direct admit program.
Nursing Specialized Requirements
Engineering
First-Year applicants interested in Engineering must meet special
admissions criteria.
SU Honors Program
First-Year applicants who wish to be considered for the Honors Program must submit the additional required supplemental application and materials.
Pre-Health Program
First-Year applicants considering an Undergraduate Pre-Health program that prepare them for graduate programs in Athletic Training, Occupational Therapy, Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, Physician Assistant, and Public Health have various academic pathways to those Graduate professional degrees. Most students major
in biology, chemistry, exercise science, psychology or public health to prepare
to apply to graduate health professions programs at Shenandoah and around
the country. Shenandoah also offers strong advising tracks for pre-med, pre-vet and pre-dental.

Campus Life
Residence Life provides a dynamic and diverse community to meet fellow students and develop life-long relationships, while providing easy access to the many resources that the University provides. This means less stress, which allows you to focus on academic goals. The residency requirement requires all students to live on campus for their first two years at Shenandoah.
