This form is to be completed prior to your 1-1 with your Graduate Hall Director, Area Coordinator, or Assistant Director. Be sure to complete the form as accurate as possible with as much detail as possible to review during your 1-1 meeting that week. The new drop-in format will be located at the bottom of the form. As a reminder, all RAs are expected to check-in with at least 4 new residents at the time of completing the form. Be sure you have checked in with all of your residents at least once. When you have checked in with all of your residents, you are allowed to start to repeat.
