Brooks ’02 and Jeremiah ’02 in On Site Opera’s ‘Amahl and the Night Visitors’

Jerome Brooks, Jr. ’02 (Bachelor of Fine Arts in Music Theatre) and Joshua Jeremiah ’02 (Bachelor of Music in Performance) performed in On Site Opera’s holiday production of “Amahl and the Night Visitors” from Wednesday, Dec. 4, through Sunday, Dec. 8, 2019, in the Holy Apostles Soup Kitchen in New York City. Brooks performed in the chorus as well as the soup kitchen attendant, and Jeremiah performed in a principal role. The immersive opera has received critical acclaim from Playbill, the New York Times, Dance Magazine and more. It also features a full orchestra, multiethnic principal leads and chorus members and choreography showcasing ballet and vogue dance styles.
