Interactive Poverty Simulation

March 6 @ 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Students from all SU programs are invited to participate in an interactive simulation to experience what it might be like to be a part of a family with a low income trying to meet expenses from month to month. The object of this experience is to raise awareness of the day-to-day realities of life faced by people experiencing poverty and to motivate us to become involved in activities which help to reduce poverty in this country. The School of Nursing and the Interprofessional Education and Collaboration Team are co-sponsoring this event. Email Jamie Huff at jhuff10@su.edu to register.
