Pilates/Barre class with Kaitlyn meets weekly on Thursdays at 5:30 p.m. in the Brandt Student Center, room 123 (Borden Student Associations Center, aka B-SAC). This free class is open to students, faculty, and staff of all skill levels and combines attributes of both Barre and Pilates. It promotes strength, balance, and a fun full-body workout. Participants are encouraged to wear appropriate athletic attire and bring a mat and water bottle as limited mats will be available. For more information please contact recsports@su.edu.
