Learn about proper U.S. flag care and retirement while creating a unique gift for a veteran at the Center for Civic Engagement’s Stars for Our Troops table. Visit the table on Tuesday, Nov. 5, from 2-5 p.m. during the Election Day Celebration in Sarah’s Glen, or on Tuesday, Nov. 12, from noon-3 p.m. in the Brandt Student Center.
