22 Universities Partner for Virginia Private College Week from July 22-27

Shenandoah University, along with 22 other institutions across the Commonwealth, invites prospective students and their parents to participate in an information session and take a tour of the university’s campus during the 2019 Virginia Private College Week, July 22-27, hosted by the Council of Independent Colleges in Virginia (CICV).

During Virginia Private College Week, Shenandoah offers programs twice a day Monday through Friday at 9 a.m. and 2 p.m., along with a 9 a.m. program on Saturday. Visitors can attend an information session and tour the beautiful campus on these days. Admissions counselors will be present to answer questions for students and parents.

Students who visit at least three institutions during the week will receive application fee waivers to three CICV colleges of their choice. There will also be a drawing for a $250 Amazon gift card for these students. For the first time, the CICV will also award a $250 Amazon gift card to a student who posts on social media using the hashtag #VaPrivateCollegeWeek.
