I’ve been baking a lot, mostly bread. There’s nothing like the smells of warm, homemade bread in the morning, and the joy of seeing it rise in the oven. The apartment is gradually turning into a French bakery — well, okay, maybe not, but we all have dreams. Making baguette next!
