Chen Invited to Serve on JPALHE Editorial Board

Shenandoah Conservatory Associate Dean for Student Affairs and Professor of Dance Ting-Yu Chen ’19, Ed.D., was invited to join the editorial board of the Journal of Performing Arts Leadership in Higher Education (JPALHE) this December. The journal celebrates topics that are relevant to performing arts administration. The board consists of leading scholars and administrators in America — representing dance, music and theatre — who have a wealth of experience in both the arts and arts administration. The goals of JPALHE are to promote scholarship applicable to performing arts leadership; provide juried research in the field of performing arts leadership; and disseminate information, ideas and experiences in performing arts leadership. Dr. Chen is honored to serve the performing arts community in higher education in this capacity. The journal is fully open for public access. Copies are sent to all National Association of Schools of Music-accredited institutions as well as anyone who requests a copy, free of charge. Visit https://cnu.edu/jpalhe to learn more.
