Lebanese Cooking Class

Faculty and staff are invited to join Professor Pamela Ghanem for a hands-on Lebanese Cooking Class on Tuesday, Nov. 18, from 4–5:30 p.m. in The Village Common Room kitchen. Participants will learn to prepare authentic Lebanese dishes, including hummus, moujadara (rice and lentils), tzatziki, and traditional Arabic coffee.
