Chen Invited to Teach at NATS’ Virtual 2021 Winter Workshop

Associate Dean for Student Affairs and Professor of Dance Ting-Yu Chen, Ed.D., was invited by the National Association of Teachers of Singing (NATS) to teach for the virtual 2021 Winter Workshop with the theme “Moving Forward: Teaching, Singing, and Self-Care during COVID-19.” Her workshop, “Leveraging Your Physical, Emotional, and Spiritual Awareness to Reduce Stress and Enhance Your Holistic Wellbeing,” combines multiple areas of her interests and expertise including dance/movement, health and wellness coaching and Reiki, in one package. The goal is for attendees to not only develop stress-reduction strategies, but also to discover and commit to their own plans to move forward with their physical, mental and spiritual wellness.
