UNIVERSITY CLOSED BECAUSE OF SNOW

Shenandoah is physically closed today, Jan. 7, and classes will be conducted remotely. This applies to main campus; Shenandoah, Loudoun; and Winchester satellite locations including the Health Professions Building on the Winchester Medical Center campus, and the Bowman and Feltner buildings.

University administrative offices are physically closed but are operating remotely; only staff members who maintain essential functions should report to work in-person.

Off-site education cohorts are to follow the cancellation/closure policies of the local school system in which the class is held. If in-person classes are canceled, they will be conducted remotely.

If you’re on campus today, please be patient with regard to snow removal, and use great care while walking across campus and driving. Students: Check your Shenandoah University email and Canvas throughout the day for messages from faculty regarding class assignments, updates about campus services and news from Student Life.

The Shenandoah University Facebook page and Shenandoah University Student Life Facebook page will post campus news, and the university calendar (su.edu/events) will be updated, too. And, don’t forget to read the Campus Closure Policy.
