Located in the long hallway on the first floor of the Brandt Student Center. Campus Mail is your go to for mailing letters and packages. Each residential student will receive an electronic notification when packages and letters arrive. Letters can be picked up at Campus Mail and packages will either be assigned a locker on the lower level of the Brandt Student Center or will be picked up at Campus Mail.
Students can request a mailbox and they are provided on a first come, first served basis.

Monday through Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Due to federal regulations all packages and letter mail must be addressed to the legal name of the student as shown on their ID card. If mail arrives with a nickname not shown on their legal ID, a tracking number must be provided by the student before we are able to release the package or letter.
Due to the high volume of packages and letter received, please allow for two business days for processing.

Get Your Mail After You Leave Campus | Forward Your Campus Mail
Do you currently live on campus? Make sure to submit the Mail forwarding form to forward your campus mail before leaving! This form can be used for students leaving campus for an extended period of time, graduating or summer breaks.
Summer Mail Forwarding
Campus Mail closes residential mailboxes for the summer, beginning the Monday after Commencement. To ensure that your mail is forwarded appropriately, please complete the Summer Campus Mail forwarding form by the Thursday before Commencement.
If no form is completed, all mail will be returned to the sender. Please note that Amazon, Certified Mail, UPS, FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, DHL and LaserShip cannot be forwarded – these packages will be returned to sender. For questions, please contact 540-665-4522 or campusmail@su.edu.
