Admitted First Year Students Day: On Friday, April 8, more than 250 newly admitted first-year students, along with their parents, will visit campus. These students are in the process of making final decisions on where they will attend college — hopefully choosing Shenandoah!

These Fall 2022 incoming first-year students have a busy and fun schedule on Friday, meeting with faculty, staff and current students throughout the day. The program kicks off at 8 a.m. in the Ohrstrom-Bryant Theatre. The families will be on campus throughout the day in various academic and student life sessions.

Join the Office of Admissions in welcoming these future Hornets to campus, and be sure to show your Hornet pride throughout the day!

Please note a record turnout is expected, and the Brandt Student Center (BSC) will be packed at lunchtime from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday. The Office of Admissions encourages the university community to eat lunch in the Allen Dining Hall or Buzzin’s on Friday instead of the BSC Food Court.
