Heartfulness is a simple practice of meditation on the heart. It includes practical and effective techniques to relax and develop calmness from within leading to inner balance and true wellness of being in our fast-paced world. Heartfulness relaxation and meditation techniques aid in internal skills development such as clarity of mind, empathy, awareness and focus. Stress relief, better quality of sleep, and greater concentration are some of the benefits that follow with regular practice of Heartfulness meditation.
Meditations are guided by Dr. Petra M. Schweitzer. She is a practitioner of meditation for 28 years and a Heartfulness trainer.
