BTC Health Professions Speaker Series – Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)

Explore the path to becoming a physician on Monday, April 20, from 7-8 p.m. in Halpin-Harrison Hall, Stimpson Auditorium during the Health Professions Speaker Series:- Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO). This session features Shayla Lyle, admissions coordinator from the Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine (VCOM), who will provide an in-depth look at the Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree. Attendees will learn about the DO scope of practice, specific academic requirements, and the competitive admissions process for medical school. The event will conclude with a Q&A session, offering a valuable opportunity for students to gain direct insights into medical education.
