Fresh Check Day is unique from more traditional programs around mental health in that it combines a fun, fair-like atmosphere with constructive conversation around mental health and wellness and suicide prevention. It also helps students get connected with important campus resources. Fresh Check Day is an uplifting mental health promotion and suicide prevention and awareness event that includes interactive booths, peer-to-peer messaging, support of multiple campus departments and groups, with a lively social environment with free food and prizes.
