Hot Topics Reparations On Friday, March 4th from 11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. in the Game Room of the Brand Student Center, in honor of Black History Month, the Center for Civic Engagement will host a Hot Topics event focusing on reparations and the concern about efforts to address past racial wrongs in the U.S. This dialogue is meant to be a space for reflection as we transition from Black History Month, and to help us build a better understanding of what reparations could look like, their necessity, and why it is a relevant topic in todays society.

***An optional component is a spicy challenge where students answer questions while starting with mild salsa that increases to very hot by the end of our time.
