Sigma Rho Pi Chapter (International Honor Society for Nursing), the Eleanor Wade Custer School of Nursing and Valley Health is sponsoring the 24th annual Nursing Research Conference, “Transforming Nursing Practice through Technology & Innovation” on Friday, April 12 from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. at the Health Professions Building. The conference will feature keynote presentations from Dr. Christine M. Thomas, PhD, RN, CHSE-A – “Competence doesn’t just happen,” and Emily Cornelius, MSN, RN, NE-BC – “Virtual Nursing: The Future of Healthcare.” 

Additional podium breakout sessions and poster presentations feature nursing research and evidence-based practice. CE credits are available. Registration is free for current SU students and is $55 for Sigma members and non-members.
