On Wednesday We Wear Blue The week of October 16-22 is National Invisible Disability Awareness Week. Please wear blue on Wednesday, October 19th, as a way to honor and recognize those who live with an invisible disability. Persons with invisible disabilities often face disbelief and suspicion when disclosing because they do not “look” disabled. Their symptoms might be minimized or their concerns ignored even by people who consider themselves a disability ally.
