The English Department is sponsoring an author reading with Adeeba Shahid Talukder at Smith Library from 6-7:30 p.m. on Friday, March 22. Enjoy snacks, mingle, and listen to Adeeba read from her poetry collections “What Is Not Beautiful” (Glass Poetry Press, 2018) and “Shahr-e-jaanaan: The City of the Beloved” (Tupelo Press, 2020). The event is open to all and counts as 1.5 units of credit for students enrolled in Beyond the Classroom.
