Shenandoah University OTD-PP Capstone Presentations Please join the Division of Occupational Therapy on Wednesday, August 2nd starting at 7 p.m. via Zoom for capstone presentations from four doctoral students in the Occupational Therapy Doctorate Post-Professional (OTD-PP) program. All are invited to attend the following virtual presentations: “Navigating the Transition to School-Based Occupational Therapy Practice in Virginia” by Liz Anderson from 7:00-7:20 pm; “Supporting Certified Nursing Assistants Team Members Success in Aiding Rehabilitation Outcomes: An Evidence Based Project” by Rachael Laughlin from 7:20-7:40 pm; “Occupational Therapy and Universal Design for Learning: Evidence Application for School-Based Occupational Therapists” by Casey Gavin Downey from 7:40-8:00 pm, “Wild & Free Occupational Therapy: An Evidence-Based Program” by Andrea Kormanik from 8:00-8:20 pm; “Home-Based Primary Care Rehabilitation Therapist Role: Abridged Orientation and Best Practices” by Jason Baumgardner from 8:20-8:40 pm; and “Discovering Supports that Affect the Transition from an Occupational Therapy Student to Practitioner: A Qualitative Study” by Amanda Hennen from 8:40-9:00 pm.
