Sleep Help Desk Making time for sleep can be difficult in grad school but it’s one of the best things you can do for yourself, both personally and academically. To learn more about how sleep can be helpful or ways to improve your sleep, stop by the table in the lobby outside the Cafe at HPB on Friday, March 24th from 12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. You can also make your own sleep mask.
