The MSOT SOTA chapter is excited to announce a Halloween Party on Thursday, Oct. 26 from 6-8 p.m. at the Scholar Plaza, Loudoun. This event is for children 12 years of age or younger, with or without special needs, and their families. Please use the link to RSVP by Friday, Oct. 20.
