Spirituality and Health Lecture Series

Valley Health and Shenandoah University will host the second Spirituality and Health Lecture Series on Wednesday, March 4, at 3 p.m. in the Pruitt Health & Life Sciences Building, Halpin Rotunda. This year’s theme, “HOPE — Hope in the Midst of Hopelessness: Getting Unstuck and Moving Forward,” focuses on raising awareness for whole-person care involving the mind, body and spirit. Guest speaker Dr. Bill Everhart will examine hope through emotional, cognitive and spiritual lenses, sharing interventions from his experience as a pastor and licensed mental health provider.
