The Leadership Propulsion Laboratory (LPL)

Elevate your professional impact at The Leadership Propulsion Laboratory (LPL), an intensive executive leadership session held at the Hub for Innovators, Veterans, and Entrepreneurs (HIVE) on May 21 and May 27. Facilitated by Dr. Eric Jorgensen, PCC “Rabbit,” of Wingman Executive Coaching, LLC, this practical lab moves beyond standard motivational workshops to help leaders build a high-performance leadership operating system. Designed for those ready to drive measurable results, the LPL focuses on setting resonant expectations, building trust under pressure, clear decision-making, and outcome-driven accountability.
