Winchester SPCA Valentine’s Volunteering

Spend your Valentine’s Day volunteering with animals on Saturday, Feb. 14, from noon-2 p.m. at the Winchester Area SPCA (111 Featherbed Lane, Winchester, VA). Hosted by the Center for Civic Engagement, this event includes helping at the animal shelter and thrift store by reading to dogs, socializing with cats and assisting with inventory.
