FYW FutureFrontiers Scholarship
Are you a Shenandoah University student passionate about engineering, business, or global experiences? The FYW FutureFrontiers Scholarship, generously sponsored by Mr. Yaowu Feng, President of EAA Group and Advisory Board member of SU Global, supports students who demonstrate excellence in STEM, innovation, leadership, and global engagement.
Each year, the scholarship provides $50,000 in total funding to help students advance their academic and international goals.

With deep expertise in global partnerships, executive leadership, accreditation, and organizational development, our board members provide strategic guidance and thought leadership to support Shenandoah University’s global vision and programs.
Dr. W. Randy Boxx
Dean Emeritus, Shenandoah University
Dr. W. Randy Boxx is Dean Emeritus of the School of Business at both Shenandoah University and the University of Mississippi. He served eight years as Dean at Shenandoah following five years as Dean of the Else School of Management at Millsaps College. A longtime contributor to AACSB International, Dr. Boxx has chaired or served on numerous accreditation review teams and committees, including the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and Blue Ribbon Committee on Accreditation Quality. He is a nationally recognized voice in business education and accreditation.
Mr. Yaowu Feng
Founder & President, Elite & Alliance Group
Mr. Yaowu Feng is the Founder and President of the Elite & Alliance Group and serves on the Board of Directors of the Middle China Chinese Expat Chamber of Commerce. A passionate advocate for Sino-foreign education, he has established over 30 global dual-degree programs and founded four international colleges. Mr. Feng has also contributed to educational philanthropy, including support for the Bourns College of Engineering at the University of California, Riverside and Shenandoah University.
Mr. Ruigang Wang
Founder & President, Reagan Holdings
Mr. Ruigang Wang is the founder and President of Reagan Holdings, a financial firm specializing in M&A advisory, IPOs, and startup investing. He began his career in marketing at Motorola Inc. and transitioned into the financial industry in 2000, where he has since established a strong reputation for strategic leadership and investment acumen. A dedicated philanthropist, he serves as a board director of the Qingdao I-Foundation, helping raise millions of dollars for underprivileged children.
Mr. Thomas R. Edgar
President (Ret.), T.R. Edgar & Associates
Mr. Tom Edgar is the retired President of T.R. Edgar & Associates, a consulting firm specializing in human resources strategy for small to mid-sized companies. With a focus on increasing organizational productivity through effective talent management, his firm also guided clients in labor law compliance and building positive workplace cultures. Mr. Edgar brings decades of HR expertise and a deep understanding of workforce development to the Board.

Ms. Yue Lu is Senior HR Director and shareholder at Keboda Technology Co., Ltd., a publicly listed company providing automotive parts and technical solutions to leading global manufacturers. With nearly 20 years of experience in human resource management, Ms. Lu has advised more than 1,000 professionals across industries and universities. She is known for her commitment to talent development and organizational growth.
